To remain sharp and to continuously improve, SoliPharma applies a schedule of internal audits, in parallel to the official audits by certifying bodies. In addition, customers audit us several times a year. This always provides welcome tips and comments. The employees performing the internal audits have been specially educated. They are also regularly trained by our own experts.
Certificates prove the quality
To safeguard efforts in the field of quality improvements, SoliPharma has itself regularly inspected and audited by certifying bodies like the Health and Youth Inspectorate (IGJ) and Kiwa, Lloyd's and SGS. Recently we went through our first FDA inspection for dietary supplements. Our certifications are ISO 22000 (including HACCP) and cGMP. The voluntary GMP + certification will be added soon.
